Endeavor IT - Sr. Manager of Accounting/ Finance

Duties:

  • Manages all accounting and financial activities by assigning work, reviewing quality of work, answering questions, handling personnel issues, and monitoring workflow to ensure timely completion of accounting and finance activities.
  • Oversees development of annual operating and capital budgets. Provides budget development guidance to Directors as needed. Prepares forecasts as needed.
  • Review, assess, and implement proper internal controls.
  • Manage Quality Assurance of all orders placed
  • Understanding of the Federal E-RATE program (USAC)
  • Safeguarding of Company assets.
  • Monitors company cash flow, investing excess funds according to the Company’s Investment Policy Statement, analyzing long-term debt, and reviewing accounts receivable reports and cash requirements.
  • Ensures accurate record-keeping and reporting by developing record-keeping guidelines and preparing, analyzing, and reviewing various financial reports. Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial statements and reports of operations. Files compliance and regulatory reports with appropriate agencies.
  • Reviews tax returns and estimated tax payment calculations. Prepares company tax returns or reviews tax returns prepared by external accounting firms as appropriate.
  • Involved in the process of purchasing major equipment and supplies and arranging financing as appropriate.
  • May research, analyze, and make recommendations for investment options to the President/CEO and board of directors as requested.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the CEO or COO.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, plus five to seven years of accounting experience with at least three years in a supervisory capacity.

Compensation:

110,000-125,000
