Endeavor IT - Project Manager

General Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all planning, communication, logistics and resources directly impacting all projects assigned. Define project scope and timeline all the while maintaining direct communications with clients and internal stakeholders. All deliverables either internally or to the client will be coordinated in this role. The day to day will include collaborating with customers as well as personnel from our technical, sales and sales operations teams to coordinate service and project delivery to our customer’s satisfaction, while maintaining efficiency and profitability for our company.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Take ownership of all implementation tasks from the point of sale to the transition to support
  • Analyze Statement of Work and Bill of materials for accuracy
  • Coordinate resources – both internal and external – for the best customer experience possible
  • Provide regularly scheduled project management updates and communications to client stakeholders and Endeavor IT team members
  • Resolve issues and challenges encountered during implementation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet with the client to ensure project completion and expectations are met
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Communication skills – oral, presentation and written
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office intermediate experience
  • Time management skills – ability to manage multiple projects and hold to deadlines
  • Expectation management
  • Ability to work effectively with a team

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related industry preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in Project Management role preferred
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred

Compensation:

Salary: 63,000 - 83,000
